Your Mission Brief
The Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging short-form video content that aligns with client branding and performance goals. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between high-production content and scalable, day-to-day social media output, helping clients maintain consistent and high-quality digital presence.
Where You’ll Lead
This role sits under the Digital Socials team and focuses on ideation, filming, and editing of content for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and similar formats.
Content Creation & Execution
Conceptualize, plan, and execute short-form video content based on client briefs and trends
Film content independently or with subjects, ensuring alignment with brand tone and objectives
Edit videos using mobile editing tools (primarily phone-based editing) for fast turnaround
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats to inform content direction
Serve as on-screen talent for content when a human presence is required for video outputs.
Client & Project Management
Collaborate with Digital Associates and Project Managers for content alignment and approvals
Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables
Maintain organized content files and documentation for each client
Quality Assurance & Delivery
Ensure all outputs pass quality assurance standards before submission
Compliance & Governance
Adhere to company policies on confidentiality, non-compete, and conflict of interest

Essential skills, knowledge or experience
Strong understanding of short-form video platforms (e.g., Reels, TikTok)
Proven experience in content creation, filming, and mobile video editing
Creative storytelling and trend-spotting ability
Ability to work independently and manage multiple content pipelines
Good communication and collaboration skills
Portfolio showcasing previous content work (personal or professional)
Desirable skills, knowledge or experience
Experience handling multiple brands or clients
On-camera presence or ability to direct on-screen talent
Familiarity with basic content analytics and performance tracking
Experience working in remote or fast-paced digital environments
Required education and qualifications (certifications, licenses, accreditations, etc.)
At least 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related field
Knowledgeable in CapCut or basic video editing tools for creating and refining video outputs independently.
