Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipping statuses, delivery times, and service details. Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients. Resolve customer issues related to lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. Assist customers with scheduling pickups and managing delivery preferences. Educate clients on the company's shipping services and best practices. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. Collaborate with dispatch and logistics teams to address and resolve operational challenges. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback for service improvements. Process customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Proactively communicate potential delays or issues to affected clients. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service, client support, or related role. Strong understanding of logistics and shipping processes is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education or relevant certifications are a plus. Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
