Responsibilities:
- Lead daily cybersecurity operations and ensure the timely resolution of security-related requests.
- Manage and coordinate incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and recovery.
- Monitor and improve security tools such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, and DLP solutions.
- Identify security gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mentor and support the security operations team.
You'll be a great match if you have:
- Strong hands-on experience with security operations tools and technologies (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, etc.).
- Solid understanding of network, endpoint, and cloud security.
- Proven experience in incident response and threat investigation.
- At least 2 years of experience in a cybersecurity leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
