Role Overview
The Director R&D Operational Excellence & Performance will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive R&D performance framework, including KPIs, metrics, and dashboards. They will also drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across R&D, including process re-engineering, standardization, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
