As an Electrical Engineering AI Trainer, you'll push advanced language models to their limits across embedded systems, signal processing, power systems, and beyond. When a model gets it wrong, you'll document exactly why — and help make it smarter.

What You'll Do
• Design Challenging Problems — Craft advanced electrical engineering problems across circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, electromagnetics, and control systems to stress-test AI reasoning
• Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as gold-standard benchmarks for AI learning
• Audit Technical Accuracy — Evaluate AI-generated code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs against engineering standards including IEEE and NEC
• Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify logical flaws in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback to improve model thinking on complex engineering tasks
• Work Flexibly — Take on tasks asynchronously on a schedule that suits you, scaling hours up or down week to week
Who You Are
• Currently pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field
• Strong foundational knowledge in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or signal processing
• Able to communicate highly technical concepts clearly and precisely in written form
• Meticulous when checking mathematical equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently on technical tasks
• No prior AI experience required — your engineering expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
• Experience with data annotation, technical writing, or quality evaluation systems
• Familiarity with simulation tools (MATLAB, SPICE, etc.) or hardware description languages
• Background in reviewing or grading technical work
