Role Overview:

We are building an AI-first platform where engineering velocity is accelerating. Traditional Agile coordination does not scale in this environment.

We are looking for someone to design and evolve the systems that govern how engineering work is built,validated, and released.

This role is not about running ceremonies or tracking work. It is about designing mechanisms that reduce the need for coordination altogether.

This role is NOT a Scrum Master, NOT a PMO role, NOT responsible for running Agile ceremonies, and NOT focused on stakeholder alignment or project tracking. If your primary tools are Jira boards and planning ceremonies, this is NOT the role for you.

The US base salary range for this full-time position begins at $110,000 annually + bonus + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
