We are seeking an Enterprise Implementation Specialist to perform analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of Alfresco content management systems. The successful candidate will have experience with Alfresco platform optimization, strong written and verbal communication skills, and project management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
- 5-7 years' experience in content management administration, with a focus on Alfresco
- Experience with Alfresco platform optimization, including repository management, workflow configuration, and content retrieval
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for hosting and managing services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with business and technical contacts
- Incident and problem management experience
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to enterprise content management
- Experience with Alfresco integrations, including APIs and third-party tools
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or scripting tools
- Project management skills to handle diverse projects, often simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines
- Ability to solve technical problems/processes and understand complex details
- Ability to increase operating efficiency and produce high-quality technical solutions
