We're a small Central Florida nonprofit foundation running Salesforce Enterprise Edition (a 10-user org). We have someone in-house who owns our systems and handles the day-to-day, so this isn't a run-the-show role. We're looking for a certified Salesforce admin on a fractional, as-needed basis, someone we can tap occasionally when something needs a steadier, more expert hand than we want to figure out ourselves.
This is fractional, not full-time or a fixed weekly commitment. Some weeks there's nothing; other weeks we'll have a couple of quick things. We value someone responsive who can turn small requests around cleanly.
What we'd reach out for:
User setup and management: onboarding and offboarding, license assignments, deactivations
Permissions: profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings, keeping access clean and correct
Data integrity and integrations: keeping data flowing correctly between Salesforce and the tools connected to it (forms, SMS, email, and our Slack–Salesforce connection), and troubleshooting those integrations when a sync isn't behaving
General admin help as it comes up: the occasional fix, sanity check, or "is this set up right?" question
About you:
Salesforce Administrator certified (please share your certification or Trailblazer profile)
Solid hands-on experience with Enterprise Edition orgs
Comfortable with fractional, quick-turn work rather than a steady weekly load
Clear, responsive communicator who can explain what you did in plain language
Experience with Brevo a plus but not required
Nonprofit experience, especially Power of Us donated-license orgs, is a plus
