Dave is a financial app on a mission to build products that level the financial playing field. The company is looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional programs spanning product launches, platform modernization, and operational scalability.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 8–12+ years of experience, including significant experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs in agile, high-growth environments.
- Proven track record bringing products or platforms from concept through launch in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Strong technical acumen across modern software systems, including mobile ecosystems, data pipelines, APIs, and platform infrastructure.
- Experience leading transformation initiatives such as system migrations, process redesign, automation, or platform consolidation.
- Experience managing external vendors and strategic partners across complex delivery programs.
- Hands-on experience using dashboards, analytics, and experimentation frameworks to drive program decisions and measure outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical, operational, and regulatory complexity into clear business recommendations.
- Experience influencing across organizations without direct authority and building alignment in evolving environments.
