We are seeking a Management Trainee - Controller to join our team. The role involves analyzing monthly results, consolidating financial performance, and contributing to budget and MTP processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance and be able to propose solutions for litigations between sites, product lines, and product groups.
Requirements
- Participate to, understands and challenges monthly closing.
- Provides analysis of monthly results to the management.
- Consolidate the financial performance (weekly reporting), and KPI (Overdues Ext. and Int, Internal Control).
- Contribute to budget and MTP processes (guidelines, recharges, standard templates...)
- Benchmarks and standardizes management control tools.
- Achieves specific ad-hoc analysis.
- Proposes solutions for the litigations between sites, product lines, product groups (transfer price, R&D recharges...).
- Achieves on-site management control reviews.
- Review and pre-validate IAR (respect of appropriate work flow).
- Review and pre-validate CAA (respect of appropriate work flow).
- Ensure the deployment of standard tools from Group/Division/PG/PL within RO.
- Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and ’s policies.
