Role Overview
GBA Builders is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on complex, fast-paced projects such as data centers and telecom facilities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes ownership of the jobsite, prioritizes safety and quality, and builds strong relationships with project partners.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage all day-to-day field operations for mission critical construction projects, coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel, maintain a strong Safety First culture, and collaborate with project managers, clients, designers, and inspectors to drive project success.

Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction field supervision or superintendent roles
- Mission critical, data center, or telecom facility experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project or similar scheduling software
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Willingness and ability to travel as project needs require to support field operations
- Operating a motor vehicle on behalf of the company as an essential function of the role
