This is a fully remote, flexible contract role working alongside leading AI research teams.

What You'll Do
• Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real-world nursing workflows
• Apply your EHR experience (Epic, Cerner, or similar) to assess how well AI understands clinical documentation systems
• Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe assumptions in AI outputs related to healthcare informatics
• Translate nursing practice knowledge into structured, actionable feedback for AI development teams
• Evaluate clinical data interpretations and flag inconsistencies with established care standards
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in informatics or health IT
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows
• Strong ability to analyze clinical scenarios and communicate findings clearly in writing
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety standards
• Comfortable working independently on task-based digital assignments
Nice to Have
• Experience in clinical informatics, health data analysis, or EHR implementation
• Background in data annotation, quality evaluation, or clinical decision support
• Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation workflows
• Certifications in informatics (e.g., ANCC Informatics Nursing Certification)
