In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through chat communication. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and well-being.Key Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and requests through chat communication in a timely and professional manner- Accurately gather and document information from clients and relay it to the appropriate team members- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism- Provide knowledgeable and compassionate support to clients regarding medical procedures, appointments, and general inquiries- Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns and escalate them to the appropriate team members- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clientsQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent written communication skills, with strong typing and grammar abilities- Empathetic and caring attitude towards clients- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Proficient with technology and chat communication platforms- Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology and procedures preferredBenefits:- Competitive salary- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance- Paid time off and holidays3- Employee assistance program- Professional development and growth opportunitiesAt GSS Lake Forest Home Care, we value diversity and strive to create an inclusive and supportive work environment for all of our employees.
