Do you enjoy keeping things organized, solving problems, and helping people? As an Onboarding Processor, you'll play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for every new hire. You'll work behind the scenes to ensure onboarding is completed accurately, on time, and with exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
Process new hire onboarding tasks within our HR systems
Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on incomplete items
Help candidates resolve onboarding and system issues
Coordinate orientation invitations for new employees
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Partner with recruiters and community leaders to meet hiring timelines
Deliver a positive, responsive onboarding experience from hire through orientation
What We're Looking For
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable learning and using multiple computer systems
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with strong follow-through
HR, recruiting, administrative, or onboarding experience preferred
Someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in getting the details right
