Job Description:
• Ensure continuous coverage for PipelineRx clients and support pharmacists by managing order flow
• Triage and manage high‑volume client calls
• Provide basic technical support and coordinate with IT for advanced issues
• Contact healthcare professionals to gather clinical or demographic information needed
• Support workflow during downtime and help secure emergency shift coverage
• Submit nightly shift reports
Requirements:
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s preferred
• National pharmacy technician certification
• 1+ year institutional and 1+ year retail pharmacy technician experience
• Strong communication, customer service, and IT troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google tools
