Title: Project Manager

Role and responsibilities
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Managers are responsible for the following areas:
Planning and managing every aspect of a project (process, change, technology) including providing overall guidance and direction for the project and overseeing financial management activities.
Resource requirement identification and assignment
Measuring and monitoring progress at clearly-defined points of the process to ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations.
Balancing scope, the schedule, budget, quality, and risks
Ensuring that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all team members affected
Identifying and resolving project risks and issues
Managing relationships and coordinating work between different teams at different global locations.
Ensures project deliverables, goals, milestones are achieved Manage customer relationships, ensuring that commitments are fulfilled
Basic Qualifications
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience of retail/hospitality/IT project management including scheduling and budgeting
Minimum 3 years’ experience of coordinating and/supporting IT business processes.
Strong and confident customer facing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive knowledge and experience of the retail and hospitality industries and businesses
Experience working in an international setting
SCRUM/Agile certification
