Overview:
Snapscale is seeking a highly organized Property Management Specialist to work in a remote setup, supporting property operations, tenant relations, and financial management for U.S.-based properties. The ideal candidate will handle tenant communications, coordinate maintenance, oversee lease compliance, and ensure accurate financial and property records while maintaining compliance with U.S. regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with tenants and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests and property repairs remotely
Manage leases and ensure tenant compliance with agreements
Handle financial tasks including rent collection, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for property transactions, including entering bills for payment
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain organized financial documentation
Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new tenants
Ensure compliance with U.S. real estate laws and regulations
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services remotely

Requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills for handling tenant inquiries and maintenance schedules in a remote setting
