They are seeking a consultative Account Executive who can build relationships, educate business owners, and consistently generate new business through various sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and client handoff
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and CRM-driven outreach
- Manage and convert qualified inbound opportunities
- Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand business goals and challenges
- Present tailored digital marketing solutions, including website development, SEO, PPC, branding, content marketing, email marketing, and social media services
- Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with Account Management and Production teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate CRM records
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows throughout the year
Skills
- 5+ years of B2B consultative sales experience
- Proven success selling digital marketing services, marketing technology, or related solutions
- Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate your own pipeline
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience managing a complete sales cycle
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and sales effectiveness
- Self-motivated, organized, and successful working in a fully remote environment
