Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UST is a mission-driven group that transforms lives through the power of technology. They are seeking an Associate Project Manager to manage project plans, analyze system capabilities, and support software development teams.
Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and analyze technology and tools
- Analyze computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system
- Manage cost, time schedules and standards with well-defined milestones
- Design and document computer systems or programs, including prototypes, flowcharts and diagrams outline system capabilities and processes based on user or internal system design specifications
- Manage allocation, utilization and help software Developers to complete units of work assigned to them and monitor the output
- Own and manage the project plan and project modules; proactive issues resolution
- Interact with and communicate detailed technical requirements to project development team
- Perform/Support system testing and UAT testing
- Will perform other duties as assigned or requested
- Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S
Skills
- Bachelors or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, CIS (Computer Information System), Engineering - any branch, or related field
- Two (2) Years of Experience as an Associate Project Manager or related occupation
- Global Delivery model experience
- Ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to all levels
- Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer
- May telecommute from any location in the U.S
