Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fifth Third Bank is a leading financial institution seeking an Auto National Account Development Representative. This role is responsible for generating and growing volume with dealer partners, providing customer service and training, and ensuring a positive customer experience while managing risk.
Responsibilities
- Independently develops and maintains volume levels exceeding assigned objectives
- Leads effort to maximize penetration levels in dealer groups through performance ratios by continually tracking applications, approvals, bookings, and quality of submissions/paperwork
- Drives market expansion by identifying and closing key dealer groups that can be strategic partners
- Serves as liaison between dealer groups and each 5/3 department
- Develops and nurtures dealership personnel relationships through training, cultivating relationships, assisting in new acquisition paperwork, and creating strategic direction
- Assists Regional Sales Manager in developing, mentoring, and training Indirect Dealer Development Reps
- Proactively provides competitive intelligence and competitive pricing strategy to senior leadership
- Establish/maintain relationships with high level personal for all National, Regional, and Commercial groups and key personnel in dealerships via telephone and/or regular travel to assigned groups
Skills
- High School diploma required or equivalent
- Previous Customer experience required
- Must be able to effectively work with outside customers to resolve issues consistent with 5/3 guidelines, policies, and programs
- Solid time and territory management skills
- Some college preferred
- Minimum of 10 years Indirect Auto Lending or related field experience, preferred
