They are seeking a Business Development professional to drive customer acquisition and manage sales negotiations for AMR/AGV solutions in the US market.
Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition and lead end-to-end sales negotiations for AMR/AGV solutions in the US market, owning the full cycle from prospecting to contract signing and payment collection
- Build and manage a robust channel network of local system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners to expand market coverage
- Gather competitive intelligence and market trends; represent SEER at US-based trade shows, industry conferences, and marketing events to elevate brand visibility
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the US market, preferably within robotics, automation, or intralogistics equipment
- Native or professional-level English proficiency
- Proven track record of closing six-figure+ deals in the US industrial/automation sector
- Solid understanding of US commercial practices and compliance requirements
- Willingness to travel domestically across the US and occasionally internationally
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Self-motivation in a remote/hybrid work environment
- Additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) are a strong plus
