CoalDev is seeking a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for finding leads, drafting proposals, and designing pitch decks. The role involves searching for projects on Upwork and supporting SEO efforts while managing client communications.
Responsibilities
- Search & shortlist daily projects on Upwork
- Draft personalised, high-converting proposals and SEO-optimized pitch decks
- Support SEO efforts while designing pitch decks and other graphic using AI tools
- Hits bid-volume & response-rate targets; update Google Sheets/CRM
- Own first-touch client chat and pricing strategy with Senior Bidder
- Accurately relay requirements to PM/dev teams
Skills
- 6–12 mo proven bidding success on the Upwork
- Fluent English (written & verbal)
- Solid grasp of IT services
- Portfolio of pitch decks or proposals that closed ≥$5k projects
- Comfortable with AI writing/design tools and basic SEO
