AiDASH is leading the PreventionFirstâ„¢ movement for electric utilities and transforming grid resilience through its pioneering platform. They are seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to fuel growth by engaging decision-makers across North American electric utilities through high-volume outbound prospecting.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting every day across cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and highly personalized email campaigns to engage target utility accounts
- Qualify leads and schedule high-quality introductory meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain a highly accurate and organized Salesforce pipeline - every interaction logged, every record up to date
- Collaborate closely with Field Sales and Marketing teams on account strategy, messaging, and campaign execution
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting and opportunity targets
- Take full ownership of your performance by tracking metrics, analyzing results, and continuously refining your approach
- Represent AiDASH alongside Account Executives and teammates at utility and industry conferences across North America
Skills
- 1+ year of demonstrated success in an outbound business development or meeting-setting role, with a strong track record against quota in B2B tech or SaaS
- Experienced in high-volume prospecting environments, including making 200+ cold calls per day using modern BD tools and techniques such as power/parallel dialing (Nooks)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage heavy activity volume while maintaining a clean and accurate CRM
- A coachable, curious mindset with a strong desire to learn, improve quickly, and grow your career
- A confident communicator who can quickly learn complex industry concepts, understand customer pain points, and spark meaningful conversations
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
