Responsibilities
- Day-to-day maintenance and support of IT applications
- Serving as a liaison between Operations and Development teams
- Ensuring effective communication and resolution of system-related issues
- Managing tickets
- Performing application maintenance tasks
- Maintaining user security roles and permissions
- Monitoring error queues
- Ensuring data accuracy and completion of assigned time-based tasks
- Traveling to on-site locations to troubleshoot issues
- Implementing solutions
- Escalating concerns appropriately
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of supply and warehouse management systems support experience
