- Conduct brief initial discovery conversations
- Provide clear information and guide suitable people through the next steps
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up activity
- Participate in ongoing professional development and online training
- Work independently while remaining connected with a supportive global team
Skills
- Experience in client engagement, business development, sales, recruitment or customer service
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently by phone and online
- Organised, dependable and comfortable working independently
- Commit approximately 15–20 hours per week
- Willing to learn and follow an established business process
- Open to a non-traditional, performance-based structure
