Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Content Curation Strategist to shape the content experiences customers encounter across Client 365. This role involves analyzing data, curating content, and collaborating with teams to enhance customer engagement and content performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze template performance data; curate and optimize template collections across Client 365 surfaces
- Review new templates for quality and customer relevance; publish and maintain content using internal CMS and publishing tools
- Partner with content, design, and product teams on experimentation and content strategy
- Create data-driven recommendations that improve customer engagement, adoption, and overall content experience performance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in content strategy, content curation, product strategy, design research, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience analyzing data and translating insights into recommendations that drive business or customer outcomes
- Experience supporting digital content ecosystems, content marketplaces, creative platforms, or productivity software products
- Experience with experimentation methodologies, testing frameworks, or customer engagement analytics
- Familiarity with AI-powered content experiences, personalization systems, recommendation engines, or content discovery platforms
- Hands-on experience using CMS tools to curate, organize, and publish content collections
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

- Experience supporting digital content ecosystems, content marketplaces, creative platforms, or productivity software products
- Experience with experimentation methodologies, testing frameworks, or customer engagement analytics
