The Customer Success Associate is responsible for coordinating customer implementations, driving implementation success, and monitoring customer adoption to ensure a positive experience with Oler's solutions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating Customer Implementations: managing implementation timelines, tracking milestones, and overseeing integration setup and launch readiness
- Driving Implementation Success: monitoring customer engagement throughout implementations, identifying risks, and delivering a white-glove, customer experience
- Monitoring Customer Adoption: producing utilization reports and identifying opportunities to optimize adoption and plan a path towards long-term success
- Various: Oler is a rapid-growth startup, and Team members typically wear a lot of different hats
Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and foster strong cross-functional relationships
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, or similar systems
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Powerpoint (with an interest to become proficient)
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment
- Healthcare or healthcare technology (AI SaaS) experience preferred
