Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rep AI is the first AI-powered Concierge for eCommerce, seeking a Data Analyst to develop and oversee BI and analytics solutions. The role involves running A/B tests, measuring impact, and transforming data into actionable insights to refine the business intelligence system.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the analytics dashboard for deeper insights
- Design, implement, and manage ETL processes to extract data from various sources, transform it for analysis, and load it into our databases
- Generate internal daily reports and dashboards for comprehensive business analysis, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for decision-making
- Collate information from business stakeholders to generate insightful reports
- Conduct A/B testing to analyze and improve product performance
Skills
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a data analyst & proven abilities to take initiative and innovate
- Solid background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling)
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., AWS Athena, Spark)
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and ETL (Extract, transform, load) frameworks and tools
- Experience with data visualization of large data sets using BI systems (e.g. Power BI, AWS QuickSight, Tableau, etc.)
- High proficiency in SQL
- Strong experience in running and measuring experiments in large scale
- Knowledge of Python
- Ability to leverage data-driven decisions to drive performance optimizations
- BSc/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English level
- Strong analytical skills
