They are seeking a Data Validation Analyst to validate healthcare data, answer questions, and collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Validating the given healthcare data via calling
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the data provided
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Conduct research on healthcare data and formulate the relevant answers for assigned task
- Document with every task in a detailed and structured manner
Skills
- 2+ Years of Call handling experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Good capacity for teamwork
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in resolving issues
- Patience and Customer Service skills and the ability to defuse potentially in difficult situations
- Good organizational skills and able to work well independently and within the team
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Willingness to work on night / rotational shifts
- Healthcare knowledge is a plus
