Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RAIS USA is seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Recruiter to join their growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for dental professionals across the US, ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US dental positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified dental professionals
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Negotiate offers and assist candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure timely closures while meeting recruitment targets
- Stay updated with US dental hiring trends and market insights
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Skills
- Experience in US Healthcare or Dental Recruitment
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, or other sourcing platforms
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience recruiting Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Dental Specialists, or related healthcare professionals
- Experience working with US clients and US time zones
