The Digital Sales Representative will generate outbound business opportunities for G-P’s solutions, focusing on engaging potential customers and driving sales through various digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for potential new customers in an exclusively outbound sales motion
- Identify and target potential customers through online channels, including social media, email, and other digital platforms
- Develop and implement effective digital sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in outbound digital sales or a similar role
- Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with online advertising and digital marketing trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
