Constellation Culinary Group is seeking a Director of Strategic and Global Accounts to manage and expand relationships with multinational clients. This role involves strategic account planning, relationship management, and driving revenue growth through complex negotiations and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year global account strategies aligned with both company growth objectives and client business goals
- Build and maintain deep, consultative relationships with executive-level contacts (CEO, CFO, CPO) across various global regions
- Drive profitable growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, managing high-value contract renewals, and leading complex negotiations ranging from hundreds of thousands to tens of millions of dollars
- Coordinate internal teams—including sales, product, R&D, supply chain, and finance—to deliver tailored, seamless solutions to global customers
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and global market dynamics to stay ahead of client needs and propose proactive solutions
- Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast global revenue, and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership
Skills
- 7–10+ years of experience in senior account management, global sales strategy, or business development, specifically within Hospitality / Food Service
- Expertise in complex negotiation and value-based selling
- Ability to manage multi-regional teams and navigate diverse cultural market nuances
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable commercial strategies
