Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of the company’s data analytics and operations roadmap to align enterprise data capabilities with corporate growth objectives
- Oversee the delivery of high-impact business intelligence solutions to ensure organizational data is accurate, accessible, and effectively used to inform strategic decision-making
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define key performance indicators and deliver data-driven insights that improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience
- Establish and enforce global data governance and compliance standards to maintain data integrity, privacy, and regulatory alignment
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of analytics and operations professionals while evolving scalable reporting frameworks and data-driven business processes
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 10–12+ years of experience in business intelligence, strategic data analytics, or operations management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing analytics or operations teams
- Demonstrated experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI, including SQL-based reporting
- Experience managing large-scale business operations, process improvement initiatives, and performance benchmarking programs
- MBA degree
- Experience in the networking, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or telecommunications industry
- Experience in predictive modeling, market analysis, or AI-driven business forecasting
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
- Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives

- Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan
- For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco’s policies
