Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Veeva Systems is building the industry cloud for Life Sciences through software, data, AI, and Business Consulting. As an Engagement Manager in their Global Content Practice, you will help customers accelerate treatment delivery by transforming their operational models and leveraging technology, data, and AI.
Responsibilities
- Act as the end-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale, and global engagements
- Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins and driving long-term account strategy
- Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously, fostering a culture of excellence
- Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary point of contact for project health and commercial success
- Support brand-building activities and the development of internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront of the industry
Skills
- 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements
- Proven expertise in Content Operating Models, Med/Legal/Reg Review, and Content Strategy, and the broader Life Sciences industry
- A highly analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Deep knowledge of Veeva products
- Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
