Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across multiple product initiatives
- Unify engineering teams and establish strong Agile/Scrum delivery practices
- Drive sprint planning, execution, retrospectives, and engineering excellence
- Partner closely with Product, Architecture, and Executive Leadership to deliver business objectives
- Oversee both legacy product maintenance and next-generation AI product development
- Manage hybrid engineering teams, including internal engineers and external vendors
- Coach and develop senior engineers into future technical leaders
- Ensure predictable delivery, high-quality software, and continuous process improvement
Skills
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years managing engineering teams in a SaaS product environment
- Experience leading engineering teams through large-scale product modernization initiatives
- Proven experience delivering AI-powered or Generative AI features into production
- Strong Agile/Scrum leadership experience
- Experience managing distributed or hybrid engineering teams
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, software architecture, observability, and modern engineering practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted product development
- SaaS product company background
- Marketing technology or CRM platform experience is a plus
