This role involves working on projects that evaluate large language models using finance expertise to enhance financial planning and reporting accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve complex, real-world finance problems to assess AI model reasoning
- Create clear, high-quality, step-by-step financial analyses and decision frameworks
- Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model understanding in areas such as financial reporting, strategic planning, and capital allocation
- Define and refine evaluation benchmarks based on industry standards and best practices in financial management
Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Financial Manager, Finance Director, or in a similar leadership role within finance or insurance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex financial concepts clearly
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management at a strategic level
