Permanent Solutions Group is a newly launched venture focused on building revenue-generating automation solutions for small and mid-sized companies. They are seeking a Founding AI Automation Engineer to create automations that integrate with existing tools, enhancing efficiency and productivity for their clients.
Responsibilities
- Revenue-generating automations wired into tools clients already own, across different industries and use cases
- Automated lead follow-up, CRM logging, pre-call research briefs, drip campaigns, intake workflows, and pipeline reporting
- Agent workflows using Make, n8n, Zapier, and direct LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI)
- Clean documentation a business owner can trust
Skills
- You've built real automations or agent workflows, for work, a side project, or yourself. Show us, don't tell us
- You can explain technical work in plain English, the clients are owners, not engineers
- You've got risk tolerance. Early revenue will be lumpy. If you need a guaranteed paycheck, this isn't it, and that's okay
- You're reliable when something breaks on a Friday
