Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find and fix exploitable attack vectors. They are seeking a strategic FP&A Manager to serve as a critical finance partner to the Product and Engineering organizations, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis during a period of rapid hyper-growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with leaders across Product and Engineering on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support growth and efficiency
- Support headcount planning as the company scales rapidly, helping ensure alignment across hiring plans, budgets, and actuals
- Build and scale FP&A processes, reporting packages, KPIs, and planning infrastructure, including support for rollout of our new planning tool
- Perform strategic analysis on business performance, resource allocation, headcount, and investment opportunities to support data-informed decision-making
- Work closely with Accounting and business partners to improve data accuracy, reporting consistency, and operating cadence
Skills
- 5+ years of FP&A experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity or enterprise software
- Strong experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success improving financial models, reporting, and planning processes, ideally with some exposure to systems or tooling implementation
- Comfort with FP&A systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools, with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline planning, reporting, and analysis workflows
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Effective stakeholder management skills and comfort partnering with cross-functional teams across both go-to-market and technical organizations
- A proactive, builder-oriented mindset and comfort operating in an evolving, high-growth environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple levels of management
