White Hat Gaming is a state-of-the-art iGaming platform providing a secure, scalable and flexible modular Casino and Sportsbook Player Account Management solution. They are looking for a Front End Developer to help maintain their casino sites across various devices, focusing on modern Angular architecture and building reusable UI components.
Responsibilities
- Working in a fully autonomous Scrum team comprised of Front and Back-end Developers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Building new (modular Angular) and maintaining (legacy, PHP & Angular) gaming websites
- Supporting the legacy to new migration program
- Integrating with third-party APIs
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Angular 2+ (4+ years commercial experience)
- Expertise in HTML5 with semantics and reusable markup in mind (4+ years commercial experience)
- The ability to use CSS3 in conjunction with design systems, component styling, and design tokens
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript fundamentals
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs and services
- Experience collaborating with Back-end developers to agree flows and REST endpoint contracts
- Experience working in a monorepo (Nx, Turborepo, Lerna or similar)
- Great debugging skills
- An understanding of and use of semantic naming
- A familiarity with some form of content management system
- Some exposure to server-side programming, ideally PHP
- Basic SQL knowledge
