The Full Stack Developer will collaborate with a Senior Product Manager to enhance the data platform and API-driven products, focusing on building reliable data pipelines and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes that support real-time and batch data flows across Quavo's platform
- Translate data product requirements — API contracts, data schemas, and SLA targets — into production-grade implementations
- Monitor data quality, pipeline reliability, and latency; define and enforce data contracts to ensure consistency across consumers
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs that expose data platform capabilities to internal teams and external partners
- Partner with the Product Manager on API versioning, deprecation policies, and developer-facing documentation
- Build integrations with financial systems ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Lead end-to-end delivery of releases, patches, and hotfixes for Node.js applications deployed on AWS
- Design software solutions that align architecture and cloud services with the overall IT and AWS strategy
- Build and maintain front-end interfaces (Vue/Vuetify, HTML5, CSS3) that surface data insights to end users
Skills
- 5+ years of full stack development experience with a meaningful focus on data-intensive applications, including hands-on ownership of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, or API-driven data products in production
- Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue/Vuetify), with knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5 and CSS3
- Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and Bitbucket Pipelines
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Data Analytics)
- Experience with Snowflake or similar platforms and working with large datasets across real-time and batch processing patterns
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Financial industry experience, particularly in fintech, payments, disputes, or fraud
- Exposure to data observability tooling, data quality frameworks, or data contract implementations
- Experience contributing to AI/ML-adjacent data products or feature pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum Development
