Responsibilities
- Provide independent HR support and services in any HR functional area (e.g. staffing, classification, employee benefits, employee relations, information systems, policy development)
- Serve as a project lead, collaborating with others to effectively implement the project objectives
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 3-5 years experience in Federal HR Support
- Public Trust Clearance
- Experience in Federal HR staffing, classification, employee benefits, employee relations, information systems, policy development
- Experience serving as a project lead, collaborating with others to effectively implement the project objectives
