The Inside Sales Representative supports global sales operations by managing administrative and commercial tasks such as quote creation, pricing, contract research, and data entry.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales admin functions on behalf of salespeople globally including, but not limited to: data entry, contract research, creation/validation of price quotes
- Liase between sales, deal desk, subscriptions and contracts teams
- Pricing, requesting approvals from HQ and product management with supporting business justifications
- Collaborate and build proactive, positive relationships with peers, managers, and other operations teams to ensure consistency within processes, determine best practices, and work efficiently
- Strive to meet or exceed published service level agreements
- Work extended hours for quarter-end closings
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the manager based on business needs and Corporate requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology or equivalent
- High level of English communication skills verbal and written
- Experience working with sales and/or admin
- Experience with technology companies in similar roles
- Must be a self-starter, highly analytical, with sound decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are critical
- Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment and accurately execute multiple tasks
- Willing to work on EMEA shift
- Willing to report onsite at least 3 times per week at BGC, Taguig
- Exposure to CRM/CPQ systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or others) is preferred
- Experience related to deal desk
