Signature Performance, Inc. is a company focused on lowering healthcare administrative costs for federal government agencies and providers. They are seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support program performance through data analysis, develop performance metrics, and manage EDI production issues while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Perform program analysis, data analysis, and reporting to assess program performance and support decision-making
- Develop and apply performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for program improvement
- Support requirements analysis, documentation, and reporting related to program risks, issues, and status
- Assist with backlog refinement, PI planning, and roadmap updates for EDI and modernization initiatives
- Prepare technical documents, reports, and stakeholder communication materials
- Manage EDI production issues, including intake, tracking, analysis, and resolution coordination
- Perform data analysis and root cause investigation of transaction failures and workflow issues
- Coordinate with OIT and stakeholders to resolve defects and maintain workflow continuity
- Maintain issue logs, tickets, and status reporting for EDI leadership
Skills
- 5 years of experience in healthcare payer program management
- Bachelor's degree in BA or BS
- Proven/extensive experience in a large-scale integrated healthcare system with focus on Veterans healthcare and outreach
