As a lead associate project manager, you will join a team that manages acquisition integrations, leading projects and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Help build and refine the right mix of people, processes, and systems needed to execute integrations over an 18–24 month timeline
- Lead projects across the office, driving alignment, execution, and measurable results in support of each deal’s strategic objectives, identified synergies, and long-term business outcomes
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for leaders at multiple levels to provide visibility into progress and key milestones
- Deliver integration activities that align to each deal’s business case
- Turn lessons learned into actionable insights for future integrations
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence as new information emerges
Skills
- A minimum of nine years or higher of related work experience leading projects and project delivery
- Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience leading projects and project delivery
- Project Management acquisition experience in an expansive organization
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformation initiatives that include change management and influence across multiple levels of the organization
- Change Management certification
