Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Abundance Group, led by visionary founder Peter H. Diamandis, is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to manage and execute the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns. This role requires a detail-oriented individual to orchestrate campaign planning, program management, and quality assurance across all marketing outputs, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency within the team.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination: Translate leadership strategy into detailed execution plans and maintain the master marketing calendar that guides the entire organization. Backward-plan every campaign, sequence critical dependencies, and ensure content, design, tech, ops, and leadership are aligned well in advance of launch. You are the operational center of gravity—maintaining visibility, eliminating ambiguity, and keeping timelines, assets, and owners perfectly synchronized
- Program Management & Workflow Orchestration: Architect workflows and timelines in Asana, assign ownership, coordinate approvals, and keep every contributor moving in lockstep. Run campaign kickoffs, weekly touchpoints, and launch-readiness reviews—surfacing risks early, resolving blockers, and ensuring nothing slips between the cracks
- HubSpot Campaign Oversight & Technical QA: Audit, troubleshoot, and implement core campaign components in HubSpot as needed. Review emails, landing pages, forms, lists, routing, UTM tracking, personalization tokens, and workflow logic to ensure every launch is technically flawless. Ensure accurate segmentation, suppressions, enrollment triggers, error-free tracking and reporting, and fully functional workflows
- Campaign Intelligence, Testing & Optimization: Help A360 become smarter every campaign cycle by maintaining an institutional knowledge base of what works and why. Document A/B tests, build performance benchmarks, run post-mortems, and keep an optimization backlog that ensures each new campaign launches from a position of cumulative advantage
- Asset Library & Documentation Systems: Maintain a clean, organized, version-controlled source of truth for all marketing assets, including naming conventions, folder structures, SOPs, checklists, and brand compliance standards. Ensure every team member always knows where to find the right asset and which version is current
- Quality Assurance Across All Deliverables: Serve as the final line of defense for accuracy, consistency, brand integrity, and professionalism across all marketing outputs. Review email rendering, copy accuracy, layout alignment, workflow logic, mobile responsiveness, and CTA functionality. Nothing goes live until it meets your standard of excellence
- Stakeholder Alignment & Reporting: Keep the organization aligned through clear communication and structured processes. Run operational meetings, manage approvals, provide leadership updates, and maintain clarity during active launches. Collaborate with the Tech/RevOps team to maintain dashboards and produce insights-rich performance snapshots, tracking KPIs and identifying trends
