The Maximo Techno-Functional Consultant will bridge the gap between technical and functional teams to ensure successful delivery of IBM Maximo EAM software solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
- Understand client business processes and requirements, and configure Maximo to meet their needs
- Develop and execute Maximo testing plans to ensure that the system meets client requirements and industry best practices
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that functional requirements are translated into technical designs and implementations
- Develop interfaces between Maximo and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, SCADA, and GIS systems
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for optimizing Maximo's use and recommending process improvements
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and project teams during the entire project lifecycle
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams
- Create functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo and its integrations
