Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking an Operations Program Manager to oversee 3P Retail & Telco repair, maintenance, and supply fulfillment/warehouse operations across North America. The role involves managing external warehouse and service partners, tracking performance, improving processes, and ensuring service execution meets business needs. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in large-scale retail and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations with warehouse partners, service providers, and third-party vendors across North America
- Monitor operational performance, service quality, compliance, and KPI achievement
- Track corrective and preventive actions, audit readiness, documentation integrity, and non-compliance trends
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and scalable operational workflows
- Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, cost optimization, inventory management, and warehouse utilization
- Partner with suppliers, carriers, warehouse providers, and logistics vendors to resolve operational and fulfillment issues
- Support repair and maintenance programs, supply fulfillment activities, and multi-site retail operations
- Assist with product launches, retail refresh initiatives, operational scaling, budgeting, and special projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, field operations, sales, finance, procurement, and external partners
Skills
- 3+ years of project or program management experience within retail operations, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience managing repair & maintenance programs, supply fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or third-party logistics (3PL) providers
- Experience supporting large-scale retail environments or multi-location retail operations
- Strong vendor management experience, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), RFP processes, Contract management, Performance scorecards, Escalation management and Business reviews
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Ability to travel within the U.S. and Canada as business needs require
- Experience within consumer electronics, technology retail, or related industries
- PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, or comparable process improvement/project management certification
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving capabilities
- Experience implementing operational improvements across warehouse, logistics, or retail environments
