Gibbons Group is seeking a driven and coachable individual to become a sales representative for their revolutionary Living Benefits Life Insurance. The role offers flexibility to work full-time or part-time, with comprehensive training and support to distribute life insurance products in local communities.
Responsibilities
- Train agents to distribute Living Benefits Life Insurance in local communities
- Provide coaching, training, and support for new agents
- Conduct Zoom Training Calls 3x a week
- Facilitate In Person Training Bootcamps
- Offer direct mentorship and training from a Top Manager
Skills
- Must have or be willing to obtain life insurance license (Discounted pre-licensing course $200 value)
- Be personable and have a willingness to serve your clients
- Be willing to utilize our system
- Reliable vehicle
