INA Solution is seeking a Pipe Stress Engineer to support engineering, analysis, and design activities for power generation and industrial facility projects. This role focuses on pipe stress analysis, piping design, engineering calculations, and multidisciplinary coordination for plant modifications and new system installations.
Responsibilities
- Perform pipe stress analysis and support the design of piping systems for power generation and industrial facilities
- Prepare engineering calculations, piping specifications, isometric drawings, and design documentation
- Develop design change packages and engineering recommendations for existing plant modifications and new system installations
- Lead piping engineering activities within multidisciplinary project teams
- Coordinate with mechanical, structural, electrical, and process engineering disciplines throughout project execution
- Provide technical support during construction, field installation, outages, and commissioning activities
- Support constructability reviews, project estimates, and engineering proposals
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
- 5–15 years of experience in piping design and pipe stress analysis supporting power generation, nuclear, oil & gas, chemical, or other industrial facilities
- Experience with pipe stress analysis software such as AutoPIPE, SuperPipe, or similar analysis tools
- Strong communication, organization, and multidisciplinary coordination skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard engineering design software
- Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, laser scanning technologies, GT STRUDL, or related engineering software
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
