Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wolters Kluwer Health, LLC. is seeking a Product Manager to join their Medical Education and Medical Practice product team. The Product Manager will be responsible for conducting market research, managing product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance digital products that support healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer, market, and UX research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user workflows, pain points, and drivers of purchase and retention
- Contribute to product roadmaps and longer-term product strategy by synthesizing research and data into clear product insights, problem statements, and prioritized recommendations
- Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams to deliver product enhancements from concept through launch. Translate product ideas into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria in partnership with Product Owner
- Own and deliver the business plan and P&L for assigned, existing products, including revenue forecasting, expense planning, and performance tracking
- Support go-to-market and launch planning activities, including sales support tools, and post‑launch analysis by tracking usage, customer feedback, and performance metrics
- Monitor and report on competitive offerings and market trends to inform incremental product improvements
- Manage and communicate project schedules, goals, dependencies; coordinate cross-functional initiatives and regularly report statuses to supervisor and key stakeholders
- Serve as the expert on product features and value proposition; present to sales teams and occasionally customers, articulating positioning within the Medical Education and Medical Practice suite
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, editorial, design, and business partners
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform decisions
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product work
- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to bring clarity and direction to cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on understanding and addressing user needs
- Highly organized and adaptable; manages shifting priorities and deadlines effectively
- Fosters a transparent, open, and collaborative team environment
- Experience with digital products in healthcare, medical education, publishing, or subscription-based businesses
- Exposure to APIs or e-commerce
